Amy Biedenharn – Amy Biedenharn serves as the Executive Director of IEC National, where she leads the organization’s national strategy, operations, workforce development initiatives, and member engagement efforts. She works closely with IEC Chapters, contractor members, industry partners, and the IEC Board of Directors to strengthen the merit shop electrical and systems contracting industry. Amy is focused on advancing workforce development, expanding educational opportunities, and positioning IEC as a leading voice on the future of the electrical industry.

Mark Towery – Mark has been researching markets and developing go-to-market strategies for over 40 years. He began his career in International Program Management negotiating and managing aerospace production projects in The Netherlands, Belgium, Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, and Egypt on behalf of Lockheed Tactical Aircraft Systems. In 1993 he founded Geo Strategy Partners, a market research and strategy firm focused exclusively on industrial markets with the mission “make the market opportunity and competitive landscape transparent so the strategy reveals itself.” Mark continues to lead the more significant projects, specializing in go-to-market strategy and M&A. Mark holds a Japan-focused executive MBA from the University of Hawaii and the Japan-American Institute of Management Science where he graduated with as class leader with a perfect GPA. He also holds a Certificate of International Finance from the London School of Economics. He is past president of the Business Marketing Association and Board Member of the World Trade Association.

Natasha Sherwood – Natasha Sherwood serves as IEC National’s Workforce Development Director, where she supports workforce recruitment initiatives, apprenticeship engagement, career pathway promotion, and industry outreach efforts across the IEC. She works closely with IEC Chapters, contractors, schools, and workforce partners to strengthen the pipeline of future electricians and promote opportunities within the merit shop electrical industry.

Ben Brubeck – Ben Brubeck is a registered lobbyist, a government affairs and public policy leader representing IEC through his organization, Government Affairs Solutions. He works with IEC on legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts impacting the merit shop electrical contracting industry. Ben brings extensive experience in workforce policy, labor issues, infrastructure legislation, apprenticeship policy, and government affairs strategy, helping advance policies that support open competition and workforce growth within the construction industry.
